Rebates & Incentives

Rebates That Bring a High-Efficiency System Within Reach

A high-efficiency boiler, furnace, geothermal, or heat-pump system is a real investment — and there are utility, state, and manufacturer rebates that can take a meaningful bite out of the cost. We handle the rebate paperwork as part of every install and flag the eligible options before you decide. Programs change year to year; here's what's active now.

1. Minnesota Utility Rebates

Minnesota Power & Comfort Systems

For our Minnesota homeowners, local utilities offer rebates on a wide range of high-efficiency equipment. We handle the paperwork as part of the install:

  • Minnesota Power — geothermal and air-source/ductless heat pump incentives, plus electric water heater rebates
  • Comfort Systems (Duluth's gas utility) — high-efficiency furnace and boiler rebates; routinely $300–$800 per qualifying system
  • Other area utilities & co-ops — heat pump and high-efficiency equipment programs in surrounding service territories

2. Wisconsin — Focus on Energy

Up to $14,000 for Superior, WI Homes

For our Superior, WI customers, Focus on Energy — Wisconsin's statewide energy-efficiency program — runs both standard rebates and federally funded, income-based Home Energy Rebates:

  • Standard Focus on Energy rebates — available to all Wisconsin residential customers regardless of income, on qualifying high-efficiency heat pumps and other equipment
  • Income-based Home Energy Rebates — for income-qualified households, up to roughly $14,000 total across the available programs, covering 50–100% of project cost depending on income (households at or below 80% of area median income qualify for the highest tier)
  • Heat pumps & electrification — ductless cold-climate, ducted, and geothermal heat pumps are among the best-supported upgrades

Wisconsin residents only. Final eligibility and amounts are set by Focus on Energy; see focusonenergy.com for current program details.

3. Manufacturer Rebates

Seasonal Manufacturer Promotions

Major HVAC manufacturers such as Bosch, AirQuest, Midea, and Goodman run quarterly promotions on qualifying equipment. We watch for them, time projects when it makes sense, and pass every dollar through to you.

Focus on Energy is Wisconsin's statewide energy-efficiency program, available to our Superior, WI customers.
